14. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Where AIWizly Ltd acts as a data processor on behalf of an educational institution (school, trust, or local authority) or other data controller, this Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") applies.

14.1 Roles of the Parties

  • The school, parents (or other organisations) is the "Data Controller."

  • AIWizly Limited is the "Data Processor."
