This policy applies to purchases made directly through the AIWizly app or website.
If you made your purchase through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), their refund policies apply — please contact them directly.

Most of AIWizly’s core learning content is available for free. No refunds apply to free content.

3. Paid Content & In-App Purchases

We may offer optional paid features, such as:

  • AI pet bundles

  • Additional stars or rewards

  • Subscription plans (if applicable)

All paid content will be clearly identified before purchase.

4. Refund Requests

We handle refund requests as follows:

For purchases through AIWizly website:
